Esomar North America: Hidden Cost of Disruption

“The hidden cost of disruption: creativity becomes a casualty.” This was one of the lines people kept coming back to after my Esomar Trends Horizon keynote. Much of the discourse on disruption, particularly AI-driven, often focuses on speed, automation, and efficiency. But every technological shift is also a story about how we’re evolving as humans. When we operate from fear-based reactivity, it’s hard to be imaginative and innovative.
